Straight answers
Is BandOrchestrator right for my band?
It fits a self-managed band that runs its own admin, whether that is one person starting out, a local band juggling gigs between day jobs, or a touring act tired of missed calls. If a label or manager already runs your back office, you probably do not need it.
How is this different from a band website builder?
A website builder points outward: it makes a public page for people to find you on. BandOrchestrator runs the band from the inside. It will publish your EPK, your links and your own site out of the same records, but the system behind them is the actual product.
What do I actually do first?
Create an account, make your band, add the next gig.
What are Ops, Studio and Growth?
Ops is tasks, money, splits and gigs. Studio is songs, releases, assets and the EPK. Growth is scheduling, analytics, smart links and the people you reach. Every member sees all three.
Is our data private?
Yes. Each band's data is isolated at the database level, with roles you control. Nobody outside your band can see it.
What does it cost?
You start free. Paid tiers are not set yet, so there is no number to quote and we will not make one up.
You are pre-launch. Why should I trust it?
Fair question. It is pre-launch and we will not dress that up. What exists is a working product with an end-to-end test suite, built and used by the person who made it. You would be early, and you can check exactly what it does with your own gigs.
When can I actually use it?
Now. Start free at app.bandorchestrator.com. It is pre-launch, so expect rough edges and tell us about them.
What happens to my data if I stop using it?
You can export your band data at any time from the Export band data card in Settings, as one file you keep.
Can every member use it, not just the manager?
Yes. There is no single admin owner. Every member gets a role, and the board is the same board for all of them.
