PRE-LAUNCH · FREE TO START

what day is it?we have a gig when?I was supposed to bring what?I swear I already paid that?wheres my cut?

connect more, book more gigs, manage yourself, reach further than you could ever imagine.

BandOrchestrator is the band's operating system. The gigs, the money, the songs, the merch and the people, in one place the whole band can see.

Free to start. Pre-launch, and we say so. Built in Australia.

The group chat is not a system

The gig is in someone's DMs. The setlist is a photo of a napkin. The merch money is in a shoebox, and the shoebox is in the van. Everyone means well. Nothing talks to anything, so the same question gets asked five times and answered wrong once.

The Money screen on a phone: what you're owed, and the current split between band members.

The band's operating system

One system, three modules, every member. Not a manager's dashboard: the whole band sees the same board.

  • Close a task and the milestone moves, and the readiness score moves with it.
  • Import the bank statement and the money lands per member, per gig.
  • Your band's data is walled off from every other band's. Your splits are yours.

Three steps

  1. Make the band.
  2. Put one real thing in: the next gig, the last payout, the song you are finishing.
  3. Watch it connect.

What you see

Moving a task to Done on the Ops task board, then the Readiness score updating.
Tasks, money and the next release date, on one board the whole band can see.

Straight answers

Is this another band website builder?
No. Those point outward. This runs the band. It will publish your EPK, your links and your site out of the same records, but the system behind them is the point.
Is our money private?
Yes. Each band is isolated at the database level, with roles you control.
You have no customers yet. Why trust it?
Fair. It is pre-launch and we will not dress that up. What exists is a working product with an end-to-end test suite, built and used by the person who made it. You would be early, and you can see exactly what it does with your own gigs.

Bring in one real thing.

Make the band, add the next gig, and see what connects. Free, and early.
